The IRFU Certified as a Healthy Place to Work

For the fourth consecutive time, The IFRU have been recognised as a Healthy Place to Work®

The team here in Healthy Place to Work® Ireland are delighted to announce that The IRFU have successfully been Certified as a Healthy Place to Work® again in 2021.

What continues to stand out in The IRFU's approach is their genuine desire to support the holistic health and wellbeing of their employees, and build an organisation committed to sustainable high performance. Their focus on wellbeing at work has been human-centric, responding to feedback and adapting their supports to match the ever shifting demands being placed on their people. This is particularly impressive, given the myriad of challenges that have arisen over the year in the wake of Covid-19.

The IRFU's health and wellbeing strategy is aligned to their overall goals, objectives and values, and has strong leadership commitment. Supports include embracing a new hybrid way of working, virtual employee wellness programs, workplace strategies for mental health, a learning approach and more.
